Terms of Service

The service

voidox provides prepaid access to language models through an API that follows the OpenAI and Anthropic request shapes. Access is granted by an API key tied to your account.

Prepaid balance

Credit is bought in cryptocurrency and spent per token at the prices published on the pricing page. Balances do not expire. A deposit is final and non-refundable once the payment confirms on-chain.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for everything sent with your key. Do not resell access, attempt to exceed rate limits, or use the service to break the law.

Prohibited content

Generating, requesting or distributing illegal material is a breach of these terms. That includes any sexual content involving minors, in any language and in any form.

The penalty is termination. Every key on the account is revoked, the account is locked out, and the remaining balance is forfeited with no refund. We cooperate with law enforcement.

Key custody

A key is shown once when created and stored only as a hash. Anyone holding your key can spend your balance, so treat it like a password and revoke it immediately if it leaks.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided as-is. Models, upstream providers and availability can change without notice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from downtime or from model output.

Changes

These terms may change; the date above moves when they do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
